Click4Pandit is an online platform with a vision to enable people to get the right puja experience. We were required to develop the end-to-end logistics and requirements starting from market analysis and strategy, portal and app design/development and maintenance, 360° brand communications & media, complete operational support, inventory management, marketing and sales.

Marketing Strategy

Research, develop and launch the brand, and expand horizontally across geographies and vertically cater to all facets of pujas in different languages. Develop, promote and service puja and puja-related services through online tools and provide the right puja experience, promoting religion and culture.

Communication Strategy

Analysing the competition we deduced the multi-faceted need of Puja Services where the audience is deprived of the different aspects like the Pandit, Samagri and the complex Puja procedure in the correct way. With our holistic end-to-end services available online from any location, we developed the communication around 'The Right Pandit, Samagri & Puja' to make Click4Pandit an experiential brand.

Website Design, Development and Maintenance

Designed an user friendly portal with demarcated segments which enabled the customer to book the right Puja with four parameters Location, Language, Puja and Date /Time.

Click4Pandit.com is an E-Commerce B2C Portal and based on .NET Technology stack including open source technology .NET Core and Azure cloud. It is a PAAS based cloud model and uses different Azure based services like WEB APP, Azure SQL Server, Azure Storage Blob, Azure Storage Queue, Azure Function and Azure Logic APP.

iOS & Android App Design, Development & Maintenance

Click4Pandit also has both Android and iOS APP. These APPs share the same mobile back-end built using different technologies like REST API and leverages above mentioned Azure based services.

Media Strategy And Execution

Brainstormed the mix of activities for reaching the correct target audience and collaborated with media houses post analysis. Executed several innovative RWA mediums with a mix of the ATL, BTL and Online mediums to reach a specific audience within bounded geographies.

Digital Marketing

Created captivating campaigns in Facebook and Instagram and increased the followers to 848 and 246 followers respectively. Increased sales through Facebook Ads and Google Adwords to achieve a target of 2100+ admissions.

Marketing Collaterals

Started with assigning a formal colour palette, typography, usage of imagery and thus created the brand manual. Developed several collaterals like Visiting cards, Bags, Standees, Flyers, Reels and Presentations. Ensured the adherence of guidelines across mediums to create a lasting brand recall.

Photo Shoot & Post Production

Executed product and model shoots starting from conceptualisation to artworks. Tailored and the complete shoot comprising of model selection, art direction, image retouching, post production, artworks and execution.

Operations Management

Operate a full-fledged call centre with fully dedicated operations team for procurement, execution and delivery of the highly qualitative operation intensive service. Created a database of 400+ Pandits across several locations and catered to 100+ Pujas.
